Live Rock & Roll on Delaware Bay

Get ready to turn up the volume on summer Saturdays. The Cape May–Lewes Ferry is expanding its popular Rock the Boat music cruises in 2026 with an exciting new departure from Cape May, New Jersey.

For years, Rock the Boat cruises departing from Lewes, Delaware have been a summer tradition that regularly sells out. In response to strong demand, we’re adding a Cape May round-trip Rock the Boat cruise so our New Jersey passengers and visitors can enjoy the experience without crossing the bay first.

Beginning July 11 and running through September 5, 2026, the ferry will host live rock and roll performances onboard during the Saturday evening return sailing to Cape May, creating a floating concert atmosphere on the waters of Delaware Bay.

With live music, ocean breezes, drinks, and incredible sunset views, Rock the Boat cruises are one of the most energetic and memorable ways to experience the Cape May–Lewes Ferry.
